Responsibilities

  • Create, optimize and scale advertising campaigns to maximize profit (TikTok, Snapchat)
  • Work with Web and Mobile (SKAN) traffic
  • Analyze and optimize the performance of advertising campaigns using various tools including Tableau, Appsflyer, Excel, etc.
  • Work in close collaboration with PO/PM/CP to achieve our goals
  • Monitor user behavior and LTV and derive insights from user data, provide regular reporting on results, share these insights with creative producers and product marketing managers
  • Track trends on the platforms and suggest ideas for implementation in creative strategy
  • Work closely with product marketing team to hypothesize new web funnels, monetization testing, localization, etc.
  • Manage strategic relationships with paid source client managers to drive maximum results on the platforms
  • Stay abreast of the latest UA strategies and technologies and provide suggestions to improve solutions

Requirements

  • Paid acquisition experience: Meta — from 1 year, TikTok — from 6 months, Snapchat — minimal experience
  • Web and Mobile (SKAN) expertise
  • Managing budgets from $100K monthly
  • Subscription model expertise
  • Understanding of the key metrics of performance marketing: CPM, CPI, CPA, LTV, ARPU, etc.
  • Expertise in analyzing massive amounts of data and making the right decisions based on it
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make right decisions
  • Understanding of web funnel stages and ability to analyze their metrics
  • Multitasking
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field

Will be a plus

  • Experience in the wellness, health & fitness industries
  • Certificates or other proof of successful training on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat platforms
